"I came across the bar while unfortunately having an enforced 3 day stay in Chartres due to a problem with my car while on a road trip to see family. What a gem of a place, really friendly staff, fantastic service, a wonderful terrace and a very relaxed atmosphere despite the recently introduced covid pass. Alex and his crew were so welcoming and inviting that I returned the following day. The welcome and the ambiance of the terrace were again fantastic. If you are ever passing through or staying in Chartres I totally recommend that you seek out this bar which is close to but away from the tourist centre and have a drink or two. You'll not regret it.
