Intermarché SUPER Baignes Ste Radegonde

"On Friday 9/05/25 I visited your store and it was very good. I the filled up my hire car using my debit card and obtained 56.24 euros worth of petroleum. I also paid 200 euros which is described as pending in my account. I rang your store on Wednesday 14 th May and a nice lady told me my money would be released shortly. Is this the usual procedure and if so when will I get my 200 euros back? I attempted to ring someone at your store today but got no answer? I would love your help in this matter.
