Castorama Le Havre

"I didn't get the appropriate help that I was expecting from the shop. I was there last week. I had just bought some personalized paint a few minutes ago, and went to buy some groceries. Someone pushed me a little and the paint completely opened and stained everything on my basket, because it hadn't been properly closed. I went back to Castorama to complain about it and NO ONE was able to properly help. There was a guy who talked to us saying that he understood our issue...but he definitely wasn't able to help. No suggestion for a refund nor to take another paint. Nothing. We decided to leave. I was really disappointed."

"We had a pane of glass cut for a small window which we took with us. The member of staff who dealt with us was polite, measured the window, cut the glass on the spot which fitted perfectly. The cost was negligible. We will go again if we need anything."
